Twelve source items sit behind every artefact: five meeting transcripts, four emails and three process documents.
All twelve are invented for this demo. T4 and T5 arrived after the v0.1 baseline and are marked as new in the v0.2 loop run; the loop page shows them changing the artefacts. A thirteenth item, public Salesforce documentation, summarised, covers the product facts.
