Compass programme calendar, current dates

Hi all,

Attached is the programme calendar as it stands after this week's meetings. I have put the dates in the body as well so nobody has to open the file.

UAT kick-off sessions run Monday 8 February to Friday 12 February. The UAT window is Monday 8 February to Friday 12 March, with a pause on Monday 8 March for Labour Day. UAT sign-off is Wednesday 17 March.

Wave 1 (Victoria) training runs from Tuesday 30 March to Friday 16 April. Go-live is Monday 19 April, with hypercare through to Friday 30 April. Wave 2 (New South Wales) training runs Monday 17 May to Friday 4 June, go-live is Monday 7 June, and hypercare runs to Monday 21 June. Handover to business as usual is Tuesday 22 June.

Two housekeeping points. The Compass Assist approval date is still a working assumption of Friday 26 March until Fatima confirms it. And the dates above are for Hampton Bank staff only. Northgate Digital has its own cutover plan, which Jorge will bring to the next steerco.
