One slide shows the four phases from UAT in February to BAU handover in June 2027, with the single gate each phase passes.

The Compass Assist guardrails gate moves from Fri 26 Mar to Fri 9 Apr 2027, ten days before Wave 1 go-live. It is drawn on the timeline and shown in the Wave 1 card. From T5 (change C-3).
Training for Wave 1 now has early, late, first-block and make-up sessions around the school holidays and Easter (change C-4). See the training schedule.
Version raised to v0.2, and the gate date matches the plan on a page (change C-7).

At least 90 percent trained by Fri 16 Apr.
Hypercare to Fri 30 Apr.

What changes

Same changes as Wave 1, with Parramatta training blocks set to its shift pattern.
The legacy CRM stays in NSW until go-live. King's Birthday, Mon 14 Jun, is in hypercare.

Gate

Wave 1 stable for a week after hypercare closes.
At least 90 percent trained by Fri 4 Jun.
Hypercare to Mon 21 Jun.

Phase 4BAU handoverTue 22 Jun 2027

Who

CRM platform team (30) and L&D (8) take over from the project and Northgate Digital.

What changes

Platform team owns configuration, roles and the pipeline.
Compass Assist prompt changes follow the route settled under Q-02.

Gate

Both hypercare periods closed.
Open defects and the FAQ handed over by name.

The gate for every phase

A phase goes live when its scripts pass in the live system, its guide and training are ready, its data is in, and the phase before it has been stable for a week. The 16 criteria on the go / no-go checklist all need a tick. Helen Marchetti signs on Daniel Nguyen's recommendation, and Fatima Haddad signs the Compass Assist guardrails by Fri 9 Apr Updated v0.2.

The timeline and the cards read from one list of phases, so they cannot disagree. The UAT schedule, go / no-go checklist and training schedule are checked against these phases first. Wave 2 is planned on the basis that the NSW school calendar shows no clash. That is to be confirmed.
