Overview

Project Compass at Hampton Bank

Project Compass replaces an old CRM with Salesforce plus an AI assistant for about 1,250 people at Hampton Bank, in two waves: Victoria first, then NSW. Every page is a working output of the method, and each one agrees with the others.

Mon 7 Jun 2027Wave 2 go-live, NSW (445 people)
Tue 22 Jun 2027Handover to business as usual

Testing (UAT) runs from Mon 8 Feb to Fri 12 Mar 2027. Victorian training runs from Tue 30 Mar to Fri 16 Apr, and NSW training from Mon 17 May to Fri 4 Jun. Each wave has two weeks of hypercare after go-live. The AI assistant is called Compass Assist and needs sign-off from Risk and Compliance before it is used.

School holidays: go-live on Mon 19 Apr 2027 is clear, but the first two weeks of Victorian training fall inside the school holidays and Easter, so the training schedule is built around leave and shift cover.
