Hi,

I will be straight with you. I have 80 bankers and each one runs their pipeline in their own spreadsheet. They built them over years. They work.

I have heard the pitch about one shared view. I have heard it before, on the last system, and the bankers filled it in on a Friday afternoon and carried on with the spreadsheet the rest of the week. I do not intend to repeat that.

I am not saying no. I am saying I need to see that the new thing is better than what they have, not equal to it. Better for them, not for me or for compliance.

Happy to give you an hour with my team. I will not give you a day, and I will not release 80 people for training in the middle of a quarter. Come and see how they work first.
