Change lead's review
The week added two risks (R-13 and R-14) and raised one (R-03 to High). The school-holiday overlap is the largest change to the Wave 1 plan since the baseline, and it was found by checking the programme calendar against official 2027 calendars, not raised by the business. Richard Vance moved from refusing to release bankers for a full day to agreeing 90-minute sessions, on the condition that the pipeline view is better on day one. Fatima Haddad agreed the new gate date in the room, and I treat it as confirmed once A-27 arrives in writing. The three overdue actions are the same three as last week and none has moved.
This period
The business banking workshop on Tue 26 Jan agreed 90-minute sessions from 7:30am, a two-week spreadsheet pre-load into the pipeline, and Compass Assist off for bankers at go-live and opt-in in week 3. Isla Fraser offered to champion with two other bankers. The steering catch-up on Thu 28 Jan kept go-live on Mon 19 Apr and set training to start Tue 30 Mar with early and late Docklands sessions. It added a first branch block in the week of 12 Apr and make-up sessions on Wed 14 and Thu 15 Apr. Q-05 was answered: Compass Assist may draft complaint responses that the complaints officer edits and sends.
Next period
Five actions fall due on Fri 5 Feb: complaint categories (A-14), two banker champions by name (A-24), the written gate date (A-27), the personal-data wording (A-12) and the legacy CRM data scope (A-13). UAT kick-off sessions start Mon 8 Feb. Trainer blocks (A-26) and the pipeline pre-load scope (A-25) are due Fri 12 Feb, and the customer-experience scorecard outline (A-28) is due Fri 19 Feb. No public holiday falls in the period. The next one is Labour Day on Mon 8 Mar, and Good Friday starts the school-holiday stretch on Fri 26 Mar.
Escalations
Tom Gallagher and Aroha Williams are asked to confirm rosters against that plan by Fri 12 Feb. Marcus Obi (A-06), Aroha Williams (A-15) and Richard Vance (A-17) are asked to close their overdue actions by Fri 5 Feb. The NSW school calendar is confirmed once for Wave 2.

Change lead's review
The baseline artefacts are issued at v0.1, and every page carries the same dates. The risk and compliance session set the firmest rules so far: a written approval gate, no personal data in prompts outside Salesforce, and review of all drafted text. Richard Vance's reply on spreadsheets was short and sceptical, and business banking is where adoption is most at risk. The three overdue actions sit with Marcus Obi, Aroha Williams and Richard Vance.
This period
The risk and compliance session on Tue 19 Jan with Fatima Haddad, Ben Okafor and Priya Raman agreed a written approval gate for Compass Assist. It also left Q-05 open on whether Compass Assist may draft written complaint responses. Daniel Nguyen sent the programme calendar on Thu 21 Jan. The stakeholder list, risk register and the other baseline pages were issued at v0.1 on Fri 22 Jan.
Next period
Fatima Haddad confirms the guardrails sign-off date by Fri 29 Jan (A-09). Louise Chen supplies the complaint category list by Fri 29 Jan (A-14). The Change lead checks the programme calendar against the Victorian public holidays and school terms (A-08). Two further workshops are planned with business banking and the steering committee.
Escalations
Three actions are overdue: A-06 (Marcus Obi), A-15 (Aroha Williams) and A-17 (Richard Vance). Each owner is asked to close or re-date the action by Fri 29 Jan. Nothing else needs the steering committee this week.
